Knitting is one of my hobbies. I love the process of having an idea in my head, finding a suitable yarn, and turning something in my head into something in my hand, stitch by stitch. I find it very soothing.
We all have lots of yarns (stories). They are often tangled, either with someone else’s yarns or with our past and present.
If you feel like it is time to untangle the yarns, I am here for you. I can assist you in sorting out the past, living in the present, and planning for the future, one stitch at a time. You are the expert in your own experience, therefore a person-centred approach is the foundation at Yarns.
